rotor's Take: Why would you buy this over other protein products? Diet Fuel is intended as a meal replacement shake. It provides a protein complex, a small amount of carbs, plus vitamins and minerals to support your weight loss goals. In comparison, Muscle Fuel Anabolic provides a lot more carbs for mass gaining, and BlueLab is whey protein only.
